Doctor can examine: Needs in-person or video exam by his doctor. Babies butt and thigh rashes can be eczema, which appears as reddened, rough, dry skin areas. On worse eczema areas, the skin will get tiny cracks that ooze moisture. Rashes can also be candidal yeast rashes, urine or chemical contact rashes, bacterial cellulitis rashes, etc... Changing laundry detergents usually doesn't make a difference in the rashes.

Something bad: Constipation is one of those things that a person cannot let go on for more than a few days, because the food he eats forms poop, and where would the poop go? There is no way to relieve constipation except to get the poop out. There are many ways to do that, depending on the condition of the poop, the patient, and the plans of his primary and gastrointestinal doctors. The poop must come out.

Sitting: The official age for the "sitting on their own" milestone is 7 months. I typically give my patients a little more time (but only a little) as long as every other aspect of their growth, development, and examination are normal. You'll have to consult with your pediatrician on this one. If your child doesn't reach this milestone soon, you'll need to start services (usually physical therapy) right aw.

In children &amp; teens, we use BMI%tile which also takes into account age &amp; gender. Likely migraines: If you have had even minor headaches off and on for years then this headache is probably migraine. If this is your 1st. Ever headache which is ongoing for 4 months then quickly see a neurologist.
