Abscess : You should not pop it, sometimes you can introduce pus deeper into the tissue, when you apply pressure. Next time try to use gentle warm compresses and avoid pressure, keep area clean and dry. Gentle cleaning with alcohol pads may also help.

2.  Scars will not matter if you die from Heroin use.
3. Get on Suboxone treatment or get help for detox. You need medical attention can't do it by yourself.

Yeast infection: Being on antibiotics predisposed you to a yeast infection of the vagina. Yeast infections can be passed back and forth between sexual partners and both of you should be treated. Squeezing a boil or abscess to drain it is very unwise and dangerous.

Abscess: Be sure to keep this area clean now and in the future- this will help with prevent further infection.  Try placing a warm compress on the area such as a warm wash cloth, this will help blood flow and healing.  You may need antibiotics or incision if the abscess is large.
