i saw a white watermelon-like seed with a red substance around it in my urine with normal color and no pain. i understand it couldnt have been an actual watermelon seed and it is unusual but what else could it be? is it serious? is it kidney stones?

: Yes, if that material is truly coming out through voiding it could be a bladder or kidney stone. A stone of less than 0.5 cm in diameter may be passed out without any symptom. Unfortunately, you did not pick it up. If it happens again, you have to keep it and give it to your doctor for testing.

See a doctor: Most likely no single health problem is causing all these symptoms. Strong urine odor usually means dehydration, i.e. not taking in enough fluids. Other symptoms may be irritable bowel syndrome. Best to see a doctor and stop trying to figure it out on your own or through online resources. Good luck!

Unclear: This could be due to residual irritation of the urinary tract if you had blood initially.  You should have a repeat urinalysis and urine culture, and then a hematuria workup (urine cytology, imaging ctscan, and cystoscopy=camera to look in bladder) at the discretion of your physician.

No: Not all kidney stones pass in the urine.  Some kidney stones can dissolve or breakdown in the bladder before passing in the urine.  Others can remain present but never pass.  See your urologist if you are concerned.

Means U have k stone: Kidney stones, usually are associated with heaturia (blood in urine) to various extents. Blood can be as little as to be invisible & only seen my microscope, medium to give urine a pink tinge or urine can be grossly bloody & even contain small clots. All it means is that u have a kidney stine that has punctured a blood capillary or small vein causing it to bleed. Stone may still pass on its own.
