Fast, slow or absenc: The normal eye movements are smooth; steady and symmetrical in all directions.   Nystagmus is fast eye movement with or without eye movement.  If the muscle can not move all the way in full motion then it can cause double vision (diplopia).  It is called strabismus or lazy eye.

the pain in my lower back area close to my left kidney or lower left lung,  could have been caused by an abnormal twist movement this afternoon .   could it be just a lung pleurisy ?  caused by me twisting my long separating it from some lining ?

Left lower back pain: Pleurisy  unlikely unless  coughing,SOB,  and have an URTI. Pleural  separation is seen in  pneumothorax or effusion  and would be associated with more breathing issues, short of breath(SOB)- twisting is unlikely to cause it . If concerned can get a chest xray. Most likely just muscle strain from twisting for which warms soaks, NSAIDS if not allergic, can help. May also be stone. f/u/ w/ MD

Strabismus?: The situation  may not be answered easily with radiologic scanning, lab tests, etcetera.  The case you present may be easily explained at the opthalmologist's  office.   Strabismus is a very treatable  eye movement disorder, but requires a thorough exam to rule out tumor, amblyopia,  and optic nerve problems. Lease let me know what the diagnosis is/was, this could be life saving !

Many symptoms: A very low vitamin D and/or a low blood count can be the cause of your symptoms but it could be something else.

If this doesn't go away, or gets worse, over a few hours you need to see a doctor right away.

A trip to the Emergency Room would be in order.

Muscle strain: sounds like a muscle strain.  Doesn't have to be a hernia (feeling for bulge).  If fever, change in bowel habits or vomiting related to it, than likely internal and not a muscle issue.

hi, in emg tests is it possible for fine movements to be abnormal and larger ones to be normal at the same site? poss to have fine movement prob only?

LIttle confusing: Emg testing is specific to the nerve muscle connection.  Emg is also a broad term that may also include ncs or nerve conduction testing as well.  The ncs looks at the function of large fiber nerves which can be normal if the main source of a nerve problem is the small fiber nerves.  Small fiber nerves can be evaluated with a small biopsy. Discuss with the doc who did the test.

Yes: Although less commonly than the older typical antipsychotics, atypical antipsychotics can be associated with movement disorders including akathisia (motor restlessness), dyskinesias (acute and tardive), dystonias, parkinsonianism, tremor, and neuroleptic malignant syndrome.
