Chronic fatigue: Chronic fatigue can arise from many sources - not the least of which is not sleeping soundly. Have your doctor refer you for a sleep study. If that turns out OK a consult with a neurologist will evaluate your abnormal (weak) gait  would be my next choice for you.

Neurologist: Memory problems, leg pain. A general neurologist may be able to address both of these. Unfortunately there are only 5 neurologists in Florida who are certified in Behavioral Neurology (memory disorders)  (Two in Jacksonville, two at the University of Florida in Gainsville and one in St Pete. The leg pain may be in part due to neuropathy. The ANA being positive must be taken with a grain of salt.

today a doctor performed an ncv/emg when my leg was ice cold. the cold leg returned abnormal results. are these results accurate?

They may not be: We always recommend having warmed up limbs for electrical studies to reflect the best results possible.  Often times we will use warm towels or blankets if towels are not possible for some reason.  The room should also be at a comfortable temperature to begin with so we try to avoid starting out a room with a study if there's been no activity in it before hand.
