1st ekg abnormal during anxiety attack 2nd normal ekg when calm and normal chest xray showed no  enlargement and my heart was fine why did it say that?

EKG: Depends on what the abnormal reading was, such as sinus tachycardia which can occur with panic and reverts to normal sinus rhythm when calm. Talk to your doc.

when compared with ecg of 30-mar-2015 st elevation now present in inferior leads. but troponins are ok. is it heart attack?

Repeat EKG: Computer interpretation is often wrong, not surprisingly. If no chest pain and cardiac enzymes are normal-likely, it's not a heart attack. There are several other causes of ST segment elevation besides a heart attack. I would repeat EKG and have it interpret from your cardiologist.  Good luck.

In general yes, but: Sometimes, cardiac enlargement can reflect heart failure. In other cases, cardiomyopathy may develop, where the chambers may enlarge because of illness of the heart muscle. However, some trained athletes have enlarged hearts from prolonged training without any evidence of dysfunction or arrhythmia risk. This has been termed "athletic heart"--but telling the difference can sometimes be difficult.

Costochondritis: Costochondritis is a benign inflammation of the cartilage near the sternum. Although it can cause chest pain which may feel as though it is coming from the heart, it does not cause an enlarged heart. If your costochondritis is not resolving, be sure to see your doctor. Good luck.

Partially: Right heart failure, which can occur in conjunction with left heart failure (biventricular failure) can also occur in isolation-often with severe pulmonary disease where it is referred to as cor  it is diagnosed from physcal findings of passive liver congestion, elevated venous jugular pressures, peripheral edema and often confirmed via echocardiography.

Healthy lifestyle: I don't know the patient's age , this patient already has atherosclerosis with anatomic changes noticed on the cardiomegaly,   Patient need to have a cardiac diet , control blood pressure if HTN , control bs if diabetic , and have a statin to lower levels of lipids , cause of atherosclerosis , in some studies , even show reversal of atherosclerosis  and also exercise oriented by your primary md.

Enlargement reflects: heart weakness, whether from ↓ed blood supply/infarction(s), valve problems, high blood pressure, etc. Yet enlargement on CXR may be due to technique, pericardial fat, fluid, etc. A well done heart echo (make sure you see, understand &amp; keep a copy of the video images) typically vastly more accurate/helpful. Stress tests miss all but advanced Ds. Optimize lipoproteins (not cholesterol), HbA1c, BP.

Hypertrophy: Can be caused by pressure or volume loads on the heart, also genetic causes and sometimes infiltrative diseases.
