No: There is considerable variation in the reaction of individuals to asbestos exposure. In all likelihood you will not suffer any damage, and worrying about it will not help. Hope that you do not use tobacco as there is greater risk for the combination of asbestos and tobacco.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

It is important to follow up, and a screening radiograph is recommended to document a baseline. Minimal exposure may not lead to long term sequelae. Watch for difficulty exercising, shortness of breath and cough.
