It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!

Can be: Swelling can be due to gaseous distension, stool in the colon, a baby in the uterus, urine in the bladder, poor muscle tone.  It can also be due to abnormalities of the ovaries (cysts, tumors), kidneys (cyst, tumor, failure), uterus (fibroids, tumors), tubes (ectopic preg), liver (tumors, fat, scarring, failure), fluid deposition from sick liver, tumors, heart failure, tumor masses, etc. C ur doc.

Se a dr: There are many causes for right sided abdominal swelling( abdominal wall muscular related, liver or gallbladder just to name a few). Some females taking bcp;s can develop benign liver tumors . Therefore a visit to a dr can rule out all the bad things , they may order an ultrasound exam or a ct scan if something is there.
