GI Tbc: This is a very uncommon condition in the usa.  Generally occurs when you have pulmonary tuberculosis and reduced gastric acidity so that organisms are swallowed and make it past the stomach into the intestinal tract beyond.  You should be seen by a gastroenterologist and evaluated and make sure to voice your concerns about tuberculosis.  Hope you are better soon.

im having abdominal pain, near the navel area. only have a loss of appetite. no diarrhoea or constipation, no fever, able to pass winds. i do also have lots of acid, so heartburn/indigestion. any idea what could be wrong?

Mid-pelvic pain: Recurrent mid-pelvic discomfort (due to rectum, bladder, vagina, pelvic wall, etc.) is first addressed by accompanying signs/symptoms that may localize the organ involved: vaginal discharge or bleeding, alteration in periods, pregnancy risk? Fever, nausea, vomiting, altered stool pattern, blood with stool, tenderness, distension? Painful urination, blood in urine?  Recent trauma, herniations?

im having lowabdominal pain and frequent urination (no pain when urinating). im experiencing bloating/pain in the area beneath my navel causing bloating/gas). what could be the issue? i thought it was stomach ache but its been almost a week now?

Epigastric pain: Many possibilities for your pain. You need a health care provider to do careful history and physical exam and lab tests. In-person 
evaluation preferred over telemedicine for this complaint, unfortunately.

See your doctor : Lots of possibilities.  Gastritis / pud, biliary dyskinesia, irritable bowel syndrome, celiac disease, ibd; just to name a few.

3 months pp having belly button pain area is red, i flamed, oozing, and has a foul smell. i am also experiencing abdominal pain and i had diarrhea 06/30/2022 but none today 07/01/2022 just cramps and what feels like a stomach ache sort of?

: What you described is consistent with infection of the belly button. Wash the area with soap and water, dry it and apply triple antibiotic cream, a couple of times a day. If that does not resolve the issue or makes it better in 2-3 days, it would be prudent to see a doctor.
