You should see your physician for evaluation to determine if you are pregnant and the cause of the pain.

: Something doesn't gel here. BV rarely needs more than one antibiotic. In addition, BV itself does not cause colored vaginal discahrge or abdominal pain. It sounds like maybe you're being treated for pelvic inflammatory disease (PID). (Many women with PID also have BV.) Keep working with your doctor, or perhaps get a second opinion. Good luck.

Tests are accurate: Home pregnancy tests are very accurate and not affected by foods, herbs, common illnesses, sexually transmitted diseases, or medications. A correctly done urine test gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have happened) or 1 week after missing a period. If done sooner, a positive result is likely real, but a negative result may be due to testing too soon.

i was prescribed bactrim and diflucan on friday but i am still having severe symptoms. burning urethra, abdominal pain, and frequent urination. do i need different antibiotics?

Possibly wrong med: Diflucan is commonly prescribed for yeast infections, which can cause "burning" &amp; frequency for a few days, but, not abdominal pain. Bactrim is a standard first line antibiotic for urinary infection but many organisms are resistant. Was your urine cultured? That would tell whether or not you have a UTI &amp; if so what antibiotic would be effective.  Suggest  urinalysis, culture &amp; ? new antibiotic.

Various symptoms: You are not pregnant - 3 pregnancy tests rule this out. Now you need to go to the doctor and figure out why you are not feeling well. I am quite suspicious for an infection, whether a STI or a UTI. You may also be feeling off because of taking Plan B, which throws your hormone levels off for months. Time to make an appointment.

A detailed history + examination + urinary test can help diagnose the majority of these possibilities.
