Pregnancy sysmptoms: If negative preg. Test most likely you are not pregnant. Do a blood preg. Test if still have doubts. Check your thyroid or gastrointestinal tract to find causes of your symptoms. Define pregnancy symptoms as well.

: Abdominal "movement" is usually intestinal gas formed by bacterial action on undigested foodstuffs. If you are concerned about pregnancy do a urine pregnancy test.

Bowel?: If i understand your question correctly: you had an appointment with an ob/gyn but they told you, you weren't pregnant, but you are having symptoms of pregnancy.  If you aren't pregnant, your symptoms are most likely gastrointestinal, ovarian or uterine.  Bloating and cramping from the bowel can feel like bloating of pregnancy.  If you are unhappy, consider asking your doctor for an ultrasound.

Urgent Exam: If you have not yet, i would contact and see your doctor soon.  You are describing changes which definitely requires a face to face history and examination.  No time like the present.

Could be spasm: Some people have localized spasms of random muscles throughout the body.  The other possibility would be gas moving through your intestines.  These sensations can also be related to the menstrual cycle.  If your kidney was removed for cancer, you should be re-examined by your doctor to better understand these sensations.

easy to find out: Please do a urine pregnancy test, and if u are still worried let your doc do a blood one, your symptoms are more likely from possible bowel issues and a pelvic ultrasound can be done to r/o ovarian masses or fibroids.

Unclear: At 6 weeks the baby the very very small - only a few millimeters in size so it is too early to feel the baby move yet. You may be feeling gas in your intestines or stool moving through.
