Sound like a drum?: If your bloated when you lie on your back and tap your tummy it will sound hollow like a drum it may even feel tight

if it is fluid you may feel a swish when you roll this could be a sign of liver disease or heart failure and you should seek medical attention.

Unlikely: If you have no gallstones and your common bile duct is the normal size, then it's probably not your gallbladder.  A small liver cyst is likely to be incidental, and probably wouldn't cause your symptoms either.
Go to see your local gastroenterologist for a further evaluation.

Gall stones: For gall stone and blockage HIDA  scan probably not going to contribute much, Your physician is suspecting something else. If you are suffering with it have it done ASAP if not right away.

There are many causes of complex tubo-ovarian masses including ectopic pregnancy, infections (abscess), normal physiological process (post ovulation bleeding), etc.; that are not cancer. It is good that you have a clinician following you.
