Depends: Abdominal cramping may mean uterine cramps, constipation or any number of things but not pregnancy.  If you are having unprotected sex and are not trying to get pregnant start using condomes and spermicides.  It will reduce your chances of sexually transmitted diseases, drama, and pregnancy.

Doesn't sound normal: Well, easiest way to answer "normal" or not is to ask if you've ever had "regular" periods, painLESS intercourse, NO PAIN after orgasm, and NO lower back, and no regular severe cramps. If you answered YES to any of those questions then, for you none of these things are likely "normal." What could it be is more the question. Bladder infection? Vaginal dryness/infection? Need to be examined.

Possibly..: During orgasm, the uterus 'contracts' because two ligaments attach it to the vulvar muscles that also contract rhythmically during orgasm.  This might 'pull' on the fallopian tubes/ovaries.  If you have ovarian cysts, this could be cause discomfort or abdominal cramping.  Masturbation should not be causing any harm, however.

It can be....: although not a 'stomach" specialist it can be, but I always think of abdominal cramping as more intestinal...but there's lots of areas in the "abdomen" to be cramped.  If worsens/intensifies seek professional in person medical advise

Pain: If you have nausea or vomitting with it, it could be your appendix and if so don't delay seeing your physician.  Gas pain, ovarian cyst pain, fallopian tube cyst pain, muscle and abdominal wall nerve pain all are possible.  Need more info.

Food intolerance: As long as she's sure she isn't pregnant(which would require immediate medical attention), daily abdominal cramping can be caused by food intolerances such as lactose intolerance or celiac disease. Constipation and irritable bowel syndrome is another common problem. If this has been an issue for more than a few days, it should be checked out by a doctor.

GI Illness / Fever: It sounds like you are describing a stomach / intestinal illness in with a fever.  You should probably take your temperature.  With the limited information I have it could be anything from a simple viral illness, I have seen in some people recently, to an early diverticulitis.  If no fever and able to tolerate fluids, you follow for a little while, but HAVE A VERY LOW THRESHOLD TO GET CHECKED!
