i had a c-section 14 months ago since then i have been feeling flutters and movement in my lower abdomen and occasional spasms. what causes this?

Are you preg? : Have you done a pregnancy test to see if you're pregnant again? Movement in the abdomen makes me think this is a possibility. If your pregnancy test is negative then the movement is likely gas.

Unclear: At 6 weeks the baby the very very small - only a few millimeters in size so it is too early to feel the baby move yet. You may be feeling gas in your intestines or stool moving through.

Pregnancy sysmptoms: If negative preg. Test most likely you are not pregnant. Do a blood preg. Test if still have doubts. Check your thyroid or gastrointestinal tract to find causes of your symptoms. Define pregnancy symptoms as well.

Gas: Maybe the gas in the intestines is moving. Could also be a muscle twitch. Might also be an insect although this time of year not as likely. Ant, bed bug, flea.
See a doctor if it continues to bother you.

can umbilical hernias cause movement in abdomen?

Umbilical hernias : Can be of several sizes.They can either have a piece of fat within it or a piece of small or large bowel.Attimes they can get incarcerated -meaning u can't push em back in-causing symptoms of bowel obstruction.Im not sure if by movement you are referring to the peristaltic activity inside the abdomen.It typically gives the gurgling sounds.Stuff shouldnt be moving around inside the abdomen otherwise.

Commonest cause is a: Tennis elbow, with pain/tenderness on the outside aspect of the elbow; while the inner aspect pain is also called the golfer's elbow. 
See your pcp or an orthopod to be properly diagnosed so treatment can be started.
Taking pain meds, using a sling to help it rest, will be be helpful, till proper diagnosis is made.

dr at what position will be my baby in week 19? vertical or horizontal? i feel movement in very low abdomen only..

During the second: trimester, your baby still has room to move around.  If you feel movement in your low abdomen only, your baby is likely in a breach position (head up, butt down).  However s/he has plenty of time and opportunity to turn into a head down position.  When that happens, you may feel  more movement in your mid to upper abdomen but more pressure over your bladder.
