:  It could be indigestion.Eat light, do some mild exercise, use a heating pad to the area for a few days. If you feel worse or develop pain see your MD

There is a treatment for it go and see your doctor please watch your diet keep bowel regular eat multiple small meal exercise manage and control your stress and hydrate well with water and juices avoid sodas poo and caffeine and energy drink eat light food eat more fruit avoid raw vegetables eat more soups avoid red meat go and see your doctor plz

Doctor can evaluate: Many things are in the upper abdomen:  stomach, pancreas, liver, small intestine, gall bladder, large intestine, abdominal muscles, etc...  An exam by a primary care doctor can help figure things out. Discomfort in the right upper abdomen, especially with symptoms that occur after eating, can be due to gallstones or other gall bladder disease. A doctor can evaluate to see what might be going on.

Eat right.  : Don't stuff yourself at mealtime. Make sure your diet consists of plenty of fresh vegetables and fruit, moderate amounts of lean meats, and plenty of water...8-10 glasses a day. Eat 4-6 small meals a day. This will keep your energy up, you will never feel like you are starving therefore you will never stuff yourself. Also, this diet will cleanse you. It will also help you maintain a good weight.
