Heated needle: If I am understanding you correctly, you have a blood clot underneath your fingernail (which can be extremely painful). Draining the blood can provide relief and the easiest way to do this at home is to heat a needle to sterilize it and gently make a hole in your fingernail to allow the blood to drain (a very hot needle also makes it easier to puncture the nail). Otherwise, see a doc for help.

Probably lymph node: If it was clotted blood it would look like a "black and blue" and be undergoing color changes. You can easily find on Google an Atlas of anatomy of the neck and see the normal distribution of lymph nodes in the neck. And tell your special friend not to suck so hard next time! That hurt! You're supposed to pleasure each other, not hurt each other!

Impossible to say: ....From your description.  Could be an injury, could be a mark from a pen.  Does it hurt/itch? Is it surrounded by redness? Is it swollen?  Information is needed.

Could be.: Blood clots can form anywhere there is significant tissue damage, inflammation or loss of blood flow. But they are of no consequence unless they involve the deep drainage systems of the body. Swelling in a finger could not be related to a blood clot in the finger.

May not be a clot: It may or  may not  be a clot. Another considerationis a staph infection. You would  be wise to see your physician have the diagnosis clarified. Either way your physician may need to drain it.
