Not necessarily.: Early pregnancy sxs can include: no period, breast swelling ; tenderness w darkened areolas, thin, white ; milky vaginal discharge, fatigue, ^ urination frequency, constipation, bloating, heartburn, backache, cramping, headache, food cravings or aversions, ^ sense of smell, enlarged waist, feeling faint/dizzy, mood swings, ^ gas, insomnia, gagging more easily ; yawning.

Possible: It is hard to know what is happening based upon the description but if she is sexually active pregnancy is always possible.  I would recommend a pregnancy test and discussion with her primary physician.

Dull symptomatology there,in the absence of other symptoms or injury could be of minor musculoskeletal origin. Have an MD examine you. Any appropriate testing can be done depending upon the assessment.

You have much to gain from a moderate diet, regular exercise (get a personal trainer who can help you strive toward your goal), &amp; consistency.
