i'm pregnant in 26th weeks and from the beginning my baby not moving a lot until now, my last ultrasound was in 22 w and everything is ok  ?

Probably: If your ultrasound at 22 weeks was ok, and the baby hasn't had a significant change in activity level(was moving a lot and now not at all) most likely all is well. Some babies are more active than others,and may be more active at certain times of day. If you are really concerned, a quick check-up with your doctor is the right thing to do.

Concerned: This is a serious concern. You need to speak with your OB immediately to discuss further.  You will likely need an evaluation in the l&d department with tocolytic monitoring.

If you are pregnant.: ...and having pain and vaginal bleeding, you must get medical care ASAP.  While a fetus may go several hours w/o moving, if you've felt no movement for 24 hours or more, that is also a reason to get immediate medical care. Usually not: What you are probably feeling are random movements from the baby, or possibly hiccups.  Both are very common and normal.

i bled after 10 days of duphaston, i'm diagnosed with pcos. hpts were nega but i sometimes feel little gas bubbles which acc. to my search is how the babies movements feel. it's been 18w since my last sex. should i still be worried about pregnancy?

Tests are accurate: It can be hard to tell if a woman is pregnant because some of the symptoms seen in early pregnancy can also happen in non-pregnant women. A urine pregnancy test gives a reliable result if done correctly. Can test by 3 weeks after sex (by 3 weeks after when conception might have occurred), or 1 week after missing a regular period or missing a withdrawal period.

GYN exam: Seems most likely related to the pressure of the twins on your uterus and lower back, usually, normal; however, I suggest a GYN exam.

See doc: At 24-28 weeks at least 10 movements per day should be felt.  It may be discreet and she may have to slow down to feel them.  If she feels nothing when lying down and concentrating on it, it's time 2 go in.  Good luck.

Fetal movement: Flutter like sensations occur about 16-17 weeks. Kicks occur much later. Just about everyone feels movement around 20 weeks.

Sleeping: Babies have sleep wake cycles. Tend to be more active after you've eaten.

20 wks: Baby movement is typically felt around 20 weeks. Sometimes you can feel it up to a month earlier; usually that is in a second (or more) pregnancy.
