Depends: If urine drug test only tests for alcohol, you might be OK. If tested for ethyl glucuronide, a metabolite of ethyl alcohol which can be present in urine up to 80 hours post consumption you may test positive. Thanks for trusting HealthTap!

No. doubtful.: It is doubtful that the urine test is literally for alcohol (which is gone in 1-2 day at most). All the other breakdown products they screen for are for long term use of alcohol and stay around for days and will be positive. The tricky part is why does a job test for alcohol that is not taken during the workday? Are they really testing just for alcohol taken that day?

What kind of test?: Your urine will contain ethyl glucuronide (etg) and depending on the cut off level set to for the test, you are likely to test positive.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Could be positive: Depending on the cut off limit for the test, your urine could test positive for ETG.

It depends on...: This depends on whether you have smoked or eaten marijuana, how much, how often and how recently. If you have not been using marijuana certainly vodka will not show up as marijuana. If using marijuana alcohol won't cover it up. If they are testing for marijuana they will not detect alcohol unless they test for it, but 2 drinks tonite should be out of your system by tomorrow. Abnormal urinalysis: Leukocytes, nitrates and bacteria in urine with dysuria will indicate urinary infection and usually treated with antibiotics.

Benzodiazepines: Benzodiazepines get in your bones. Even one pill can test positive for some time. It is though that you can still test positive for at least six weeks.

recently i had a sharp pain right side of my back.. little up..  urine and abdominal scan is normal except rbc  in urine test is 8-10.. even now the pain continuous when i sit in somewhere little longer.. i dont know what to do?

Need more evaluation: There is not enough information in your note to be able to give you a good answer.  It would be nice to know what type of scan you had - CT, ultrasound?  A small stone could easily be overlooked.  See a urologist for additional evaluation for a source of pain. Don't overlook a GYN exam as well.

Up to 4 days: Usually nicotine or cotinine may be detectable up to 4 days post last smoking. 
Longer, up to about 10 days,  in blood samples. 
Can have false positive if exposure to exposure to heavy second hand smoke
