I agree,: The fluttering sensations are probably just a crazy symptom, the spotting could come from implantation, although I typically see that around 8 - 9 weeks of gestation. You may want to refrain from heavy physical stress until the spotting has subsided.

Morning sickness: A.m. sickness varies in women as to length and severity. It is due to the hcg levels that rise in pregnancy. If you have had a significant difference in nausea then it could be that the levels have dropped which may mean an early miscarriage or it could just be that you are over the worst of it.

Transvaginal US: A transvaginal ultrasound will determine, if your pregnancy is singleton or multiple, inside the uterus or outside (fallopian tubes) and whether there is a heart beat or not. This is basically what you need to know - clinical signs like breast tenderness, morning sickness etc. are not reliable.

Pregnancy may: cause your blood to clot, which can form in the legs and travel upwards into the lungs, causing a pulmonary embolus.  These clots can cause the symptoms you described, including chest pressure, shortness of breath, weakness, and cyanosis (blue discoloration of the skin especially around orifices).   Anemia may also cause similar symptoms.  Go get checked out by a healthcare provider or hospital.
