Probably nothing: The color of poo is related to how the colorizer, the deep green bile, is modified as it travels to the exit.When you introduce new food items, the breakdown products will stain differently and some may retain the super dark green color while others transition thru green/yellow to brown. I can't think of anything bad this would represent.

Can be normal: A breastfed baby can poop a little smear after every feed or a cradle filler once a week. Add other feeds &amp; this begins to vary more. As long as it is soft when they go I don't worry much about frequency. They are more a problem when they are passing hard stools or watery ones.

YES: GIVE QUARTER OR HALF THE SIZE of the glycerin suppository but AVOID USING frequently as you may need to talk with your pcp if constipation persists

Depends: Infants often have a scratch develop in their outlet (anus) if their poop is bulky or hard. That would produce a line of bright red blood adhering to the outside of a stool. This is minor. Darker blood mixed within the poop is more likely to reflect a problem that needs attention.

May be normal: E coli is normal in feces (how do you know the baby has e coli?) small amounts of mucus are also normal. If the baby has diarrhea, please consult your pediatrician.

: Breast babies can do a little smear every feed or a cradle filler every 7-10 days. Breast milk is a well-designed food source compared to formula, where more debris is left over after processing. I would not assume the change in pattern has any meaning. If the kid doesn't go in 3-5 days, a little Vaseline coated q-tip inserted in the anus could stimulate an evacuation. Green poo: The poo is colored by bile added during digestion.It starts out dark green and transitions through yellows to brown over time.Green poo just means the material  is moving through faster. If the kid seems to be better on the comfort, stay with it. The feed seldom has anything to do with or help in treating colic. It normally fades at 4 mo when they start to control their movement more.

Could be: The first thing I would want to make sure is that your child is gaining weight appropriately and thriving.  If that is the case, there are numerous things that could be of help, such as different formulas.  That decision can be best made with your child's doctor who will know what formula your child is and/or has been on.  Good luck.

Constipating foods: You will find that rice cereal, bananas and  apple sauce are often constipating foods. It is not an allergic effect. Loosening foods include juices like apple or prune and various fruits like peaches or prunes.
