Probably: Actually, what you described is very common in early pregnancy.  As long as there is no bleeding, and the pain is not severe, no problem.  If it gets worse, or you begin bleeding, call your ob.

Yes.: As the uterus responds to the hormonal changes if early pregnancy, it is normal to experience some mild cramping.

Sometimes: If it is mild cramping, you may have done a little too much physically, or need to drink more water and rest. If cramping worsens, fails to resolve in an hour, or starts with spotting or bleeding, need to be seen immediately.

Possibly: Sometimes loss of pregnancy symptoms is the first sign of miscarriage.  However, pregnancy symptoms vary a great deal.  Until you start bleeding, i would be hopeful.  
An ultrasound around 6 weeks will usually give you the answer.

Pregnant bleeding: You should at least contact your doctor if you're having those symptoms. It is sometimes normal to have a little spotting early in pregnancy but it can also mean a miscarriage, or even an ectopic pregnancy, so you should get it checked out.

Possible miscarriage: Most miscarriages, if they are going to occur, occur early in the pregnancy when you are less than twelve weeks pregnant.  If you are having heavy blleding, and passing clots, miscarriage is a good possibility.  You need to call your dr.

See your doctor: You should be seen by an OBGYN.  While miscarriage can occur with excessive cramping and bleeding, cramping is also a common pregnancy symptom. You should seek out a doctor so he or she can establish the health of your pregnancy early.  This will put you more at ease too. Good luck!
