Not likely: The usual length of pregnancy is approx 38 -  40 weeks.  By approx 41 - 42 weeks most ob's would move toward inducing the pregnancy. Going significantly overdue can be risky.  Counting from the first day of your last period is the standard way to calculate the pregnancy length.

4.5 weeks pregnant. 2600miu. donot want the pregnancy. advised for cytotec (misoprostol) 200 mg, 2 vaginally and 2x2 orally after three hours each. advise on its suces and its dosage for me. (55kgs, average) 23 yrs?

Effective: That regimen should induce you to miscarry, and it is very effective at it.  Take prenatal vitamins for at least 3 months afterwards.

i'm 6weeks 2days pregnant.
generally since 4.5 weeks pregnant, my breasts have been rly sore.
is it normal that some days they are not as sore though?

Yes: The hormones of pregnancy are secreted in an up and down fashion as well as your breast sensitivity.

i'm approx 4.5 weeks pregnant. had a scan but they couldn't see anything yet. bloods were 641 hcg & 71 progesterone. are these levels ok?  i'm worried.

Numbers Fine: Those numbers are fine. Not sure why anyone would perform an ultrasound that early unless they thought you had a high risk of ectopic pregnancy. It is just too early to see things. Another ultrasound in 10 days should be able to locate the pregnancy.

i am 4.5 weeks pregnant with hcg=2, 476 and progesterone=25.5 the doc wants me to get another hcg test. is this normal?

Those numbers: Are both perfectly reasonable for early 1st trimester.

my antiphosphatidylserine antibodies igm and igg are consistently high, but the acl abs are borderline. do i truly have aps? i'm 4.5 weeks pregnant.

Possible!: Best consult with hematologist and neonatologist to be on safer side.
They may want to do more testing to see if you really have a hypercoagulable state!

Blood pressure: Though I have some patients who did have that symptoms, better check you blood pressure from lying, sitting and standing. During pregnancy Progesterone goes us and can make your blood pressure drop.  This is worse if you have some fluid loss like vomitting.

Likely normal: This is likely normal but can be scary in light of previous miscarriages. Many women will have some light spotting in early pregnancy and the vast majority of these pregnancies progress normally. It would be a good idea to get back in to your OB who would likely be able to repeat your ultrasound and give you some reassurance.

i used elmers craft bond spay adhesive  for about 45 minutes  at  5 weeks pregnant. will the fumes harm my baby?

Sounds fine: Sounds fine, as long as there was good air ventilation, and one was not intentionally inhaling glue fumes to get high. However, if one wants to be extra safe, just postpone any projects involving VOLATILE compounds until after the baby is born.
