Perhaps - go to L&D!: After three days past your due date (provided an early ultrasound confirmed its accuracy) the risk for the fetus to die is greater in utero than in the nursery, so you do not want to be pregnant much longer. I would recommend going to your l&d of choice and requesting evaluation with the plan of delivery! best of luck!

Adderall: The use of this medication during pregnancy requires a discussion with your doctor. The risks of use must be weighed against the risks of not treating the underlying condition. Factors would include the severity of your ADD/ADHD and your functional status off the medication.

No . you will : Be fine , except for additional pain  it is frequent problem , your OB doctor is  very experienced in handling your problem., speak to your doctor.

Hard to know: Generally  just as fast. As you are 41 weeks and it is time to deliver, I would have an assessment. All the best. Are you close to hospital?

YES - fetal demise!: With any pregnancy that continues past the due date there is an exponentially increasing risk for sudden fetal death. If you had an early (<24 weeks) ultrasound that determines your due date with reliability, then you should not go past three days from your due date. Talk to your obstetrician about your best option for safe and prompt delivery -best of luck!
