Counting the weeks: Conception time is estimated as 2 weeks after the "start of the pregnancy" when doctors are counting the weeks.  All dates are only estimates.  If a pregnancy is counted starting from August 3rd, conception is about 2 weeks later in mid-August.

Bells: Medications for bell's palsy usually only expedite recovery and improve the baseline amount of regeneration. The treatments are 1) Prednisone (a corticosteroid that usually is safe in pregnancy, but ask the ob) and 2) sometime acyclovir, category b pregnancy which is thought to be safe without risk in 2-3rd trimester. See your ob.

Talk To Your Doctor: In the 3rd trimester all the babies organs have already been formed & exposure to the medication has gone on presumably since conception. Still, the decision is one you must make with the input of your doctor after you weigh all of the benefits, alternatives, & risks.

Rec: one day: They are all similarly effective and generic is fine. Since you're so close to delivery i recommend a one day treatment. Congrats in advance on your baby!

No: The dates are too far apart. This makes it very unlikely, particularly if you have regular, close to every 28 day cycles. All the best.

If u have pains at: 40 weeks please call your OB now, if you were my pt would send you to l&d to be evaluated, and none of my pts want to go past 40 weeks so i would rec to induce you as the ideal time for the baby to be delivered is 39-40 weeks.

Not really.: Many things have been tried, particularly castor oil and evening primrose oil, but I have never been persuaded that any of them actually make a difference. You will certainly go into labor at some point, but you need to discuss with your doctor when the risks of waiting outweigh the risks of a medical induction.

: No, it is not safe.  Pan 40 is contraindicated in pregnancy, lactation, even contemplating pregnancy. 
Ask your provider what you can do, such as avoiding lying flat to reduce acidity.
