No: None of those would alter your HCG levels.  You should have a serum pregnancy done if you have not already.

Doctors protocol: Your doctor may want you to be fasting the night before your FET if anesthesia is to be used. Check with your doctor to determine what protocol they prefer you to follow.

Its positive.: Congratulations on having a positive BHCG. We don’t draw conclusions based on the number but rather monitor it to confirm that it is tracking upwards.

i had a frozen embryo transfer 6 days ago. my estrogen level on day of transfer was 1,000 today they were a 2100. is this an indication of anything?

Fertility: I think that you should contact the Ob-Gyn Dr that transplanted the egg for you. I think that it shows the hormones are starting to change which is good probably but I am no expert on infertility problems. that is why you should contact your Dr sooner rather than later.

i had 2 frozen embryo transfer @jul 8, 11 days after et hcg=114, 15d hcg=462, 18d hcg=643, may i start to miscarry? i had ectopic on feb 2014

Yes: Unfortunately, your HCG has not risen normally on the last reading.  Normally the HCG will double every 2-3 days, and it has not done so (462 to 643).  I would still follow up in 3 days, but I would expect that miscarriage is likely.
