Term pregnancy: At that point, the pregnancy is full term and will be "stillborn."  A sad situation and I feel for her.
She will likely have her labor induced and deliver vaginally if possible.  The length of stay in the hospital will be similar to one for a regular birth.  This assumes the mother doesn't have a complication such as an infection.

Possibly: It's possible that you are passing your mucous plug, and this typically happens within a week or so before labor. If this is not your first pregnancy, and seems different to you, I would suggest you contact your OB on call. The most important question is do you still feel fetal movement, are you having contractions, could your water have broken?Best contact your OB or go to hospital for assessment

Yes sounds normal: stripping the membranes is a way to try and get someone into labor. It causes a inflammatory reaction which can lead to a lot of discharge making u believe the water broke. if your water breaks go to the hospital to get checked

Need exam: Both of these conditions are not normal. You should see your doctor and see what could be causing the pain and the discharge. The only way to do this is with a pelvic exam and some testing of the discharge.
