Could be: If u were my pt and your cervix was that ripe i would induce you exactly at 39 weeks if u do not go into labor before then the ideal time to deliver is 39-40 weeks, please discuss with your ob.

Call your OB!: It depends on several factors. Is this your first baby or have you had several? It's better to be checked and not need to be than not be checked and have an emergency delivery out of hospital. Please get checked. Hope all goes well. Having a baby is one of the most fantastic and blessed events in your life. :)

Could be in latent: You could be in Latent labor - so you should have your cervix checked.

i'm almost 34 weeks pregnant with my 5th kid. i have been getting back pain, head aches and loose stools. are these signs of labor coming soon?

Maybe: Loose stools can cause contractions.  The headache isn't likely related to labor.  It could just be a headache, unless you have an elevated blood pressure.  If the back pain is constant, its less likely labor.  If every few minutes lasting 30-60 seconds its more likely contractions.  The only way to know for sure is call your OB and see if they want you to get on a fetal monitor.

gurgling stomach, lower ab pain, loose stools, weight loss... still getting period, on the pill, negative pregnancy tests... lower back pain... help!

Duration?: Hi. Are these symptoms new or chronic? If acute, you may just have a GI bug that will clear itself within days. If chronic, you need to consider things like inflammatory bowel disease, celiac disease, etc. Any mucous and/or blood in stool? If it's chronic, or doesn't resolve promptly, please see your doc. Maybe not pregnant: Home pregnancy tests are very accurate and not affected by foods, herbs, common illnesses, sexually transmitted diseases, or medications. A correctly done urine test gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have happened) or 1 week after missing a period. If done sooner, a positive result is likely real, but a negative result may be due to testing too soon.

Softening Pelvis: Your  pelvic joints are softening & shifting to allow your baby to move through the birth canal. It is actually pretty common to have pain this late in the pregnancy. You can use a full body pillow when lying down to support your pelvis. Try not to be on your feet all day. You are almost there- the joy of your new baby will make all this worth it.

she is also going to the toilet evry 5 minutes for over three hours now,

Get seen!: Sounds like she might be in labor.  Go to the hospital delivery unit. Drive safely!  Wear a mask!

Usually positional: At this point, you are ready to have your baby and the pain may be related to the baby pressing or lying against certain spinal structures . You may need to adjust how tou position yourself until delivery.
