Hi,: One of the most awful things in pregnancy. I would try to see your GP - I use cortisone cream/ointment like locoid to shrink the piles as well as emla cream for the pain topically. Also bathing in epsom salts mixed with salt eases the discomfort. All the best :(

Braxton hicks: Most likely they are practice contractions.  I used to get them every time i stood up from a sitting position.  Baby starts to move lower and reposition for labor which puts pain on your back.  Good luck and congrats!

Call your doctor : Please call your obstetrician who can help you. If they or their covering physician are not available, you can go to the ER but if you can wait for your doctor that would be better.

Reason for checking: I suppose the answer would vary depending on why it was checked. If there were certain symptoms or problems then the tests need to be analyzed in that context. Simply looking at only these numbers with no context they do not appear particularly abnormal for the 3rd trimester  of pregnancy. The doctor who ordered them will be in the best position to interpret them.

Pain/diarrhea: Try probiotics for your diarrhea and preparation H for your hemorrhoids. Be sure and have weekly follow ups with your obstetrician  prior to delivery. If there is blood in the diarrhea or you are unable to keep up with your fluids be seen sooner. All the best with the remainder of your pregnancy.

Common in pregnancy: Women often have hemorrhoids in pregnancy.  Sitz baths (soaking in warm water) is a safe and effective way to soothe your hemorrhoids.  You may also want to increase fiber intake in your diet, such as with a fiber supplement. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water. If you are bleeding a lot, you should have them checked out by your doctor.

How long: If this is a typical GI virus it will probably last 24 to 48 hours and then you will return to normal with no treatment. But, if your symptoms persist after 48 hours or if you are having persistent abdominal pain now with the diarrhea, then see your doctor.
