Contact your OB: This is something you should share with your ob's staff. They can give you some guidelines on when to worry or come in for an evaluation.Some would schedule an infant stress test & check to see if you were in early labor or developing high blood pressure. Please call now.

Braxton hicks: Most likely they are practice contractions.  I used to get them every time i stood up from a sitting position.  Baby starts to move lower and reposition for labor which puts pain on your back.  Good luck and congrats!

Reason for checking: I suppose the answer would vary depending on why it was checked. If there were certain symptoms or problems then the tests need to be analyzed in that context. Simply looking at only these numbers with no context they do not appear particularly abnormal for the 3rd trimester  of pregnancy. The doctor who ordered them will be in the best position to interpret them.

See below...: The most likely explanation for pain that you describe is related to reflux disease or problems relate to your gallbladder.  Both of these are extremely common during pregnancy and easy to evaluate - call your doctor !

Obgyn follow up: Since you are 37 weeks hopefully you are already seeing a doctor for prenatal care. Schedule a follow up visit. They can assess if what you are feeling are contractions and confirm that nothing else is going on. They can also assess your cervix to see if you are dilated.

Contractions?: It sounds like you experienced a contraction. This is common and expected as one approaches labor. When they are about 5 min apart for at least an hour then it may be time to go to the hospital. If you feel the pain is severe then prompt evaluation by your obgyn is warranted

Need evaluation: Anatomically, the upper abdomen includes: spleen, pancreas, stomach, descending duodenum, mid colon & flexures, associated vessels & aorta, liver, gallbladder, biliary tree. Don't forget the diaphragm, heart, & lower chest are pretty close by. Abdominal pain is often accompanied by abdominal muscle rigidity. An exam is appropriate for clarity of diagnosis & treatment--please see your doctor next.

Coming and going? : Sounds like you had a contraction. Generally we recommend going to the hospital  when contractions are five minutes apart for at least an hour. If you are in severe pain or the contraction does not go away then be seen in labor and delivery.

Get checked: You might have true contractions if indeed your stomach/uterus is rock hard. Seeing your OB/GYN would be recommended and if they are unavailable it would be prudent to go to the emergency room, check your baby, cervix, urine and much more. Good luck!
