Backache: Possilbe early labor, but i don't think so.  If you develp regular contractions call your ob.

Slowed bowels: Pregnancy is associate with decreased 'transit time' through the bowels, from the stomach all the way through the colon.  Audible gas noise can be a sign of this normal problem in pregnancy.

is it safe to use lidocaine jelly during my 36 weeks pregnancy?

Only if needed: Lidocaine has been assigned to pregnancy category b by the fda. Animal studies have failed to reveal evidence of fetal harm. It is widely used for procedures during pregnancy but it does cross the placemta and enter the fetal bloodstream.  Lidocaine should only be given during pregnancy when needed. Small amounts are probably ok. Ask your OB doc.

It is unknown if Aclovate cream is excreted in breast milk. If you are or will be breast-feeding while you are using Aclovate cream, check with your doctor or pharmacist to discuss the risks to your baby.

Try the following: 1-BioFreze liniment ( OTC) - used 3-4 times/day
2- an athletic sock filled with tennis balls to lower back and abdomen
3-localheat ( pad) on Medium 10 min on/10 minutes off.

Normal: nausea and vomiting due to the hormonal changes of pregnancy are common in early pregnancy.  In fact women that have these symptoms have a lower rate of miscarriage.
Drink liquids to avoid dehydration. There are medications that can help.

She needs a doctor: This could be a very serious condition called hyperemesis gravidarum (like Duchess Kathryn---Kate Middleton has had), or even something else entirely.  Make sure she is drinking small amounts frequently and also eating something salty, but she may need more help than just this to avoid serious dehydration or illness.  Try ginger for the nausea, but get that appointment now.

i am 33 weeks pregnant. i have been feeling sick for more than 2 weeks. i was tested covid-19 negative but for about a week there is blood when i blow my nose and the mucus is full of blood. must i be concerned?

Feeling Ill:  Although there can be many reasons for blood from nose, I am concerned you have felt ill for over 2 weeks. You didn't say what type of symptoms you were experiencing but I am assuming it may have been flu-like if you were tested for COVID 19. I would let your doctor / obstetrician know. Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips, persistent chest pain/ pressure or new onset confusion.
