Worsening : Worsening abdominal pain during pregnancy is a reason to call your ob/gyne doctor or go to the emergency room.  There are many benign things it could be: muscle cramping, ligament pain, kidney stone, intestinal problem or it could be something more dangerous.  You should be seen as soon as possible to rule out a problem with the baby.

i'll be 35 weeks pregnant tomorrow & have been active all day now i'm getting sharp ripping like pains on my lower left side abdomen?

CALL YOUR OB NOW !!!: U shoudl have already called you ob, u need evaluation, if you were my pt i would send you staright to the labor room for evaluation, u need to make sure u are not in premature labor and everything is ok inside the uterus with the baby and placenat don't delay.

Call YOUR OB NOW: Your OB knows u and your situation, could be a number of things some serious , some not but since u are 35 weeks no reason to take a chance, if u were my pt and u called this evening would send u to the labor room to be evaluated and make sure u and the baby are ok.

Fetal movement?: Given that you describe these as quick and sharp, they are most likely related to fetal movement.  That being said, given that they are "sharp" pains, implying that they are significant, then you probably should also run this by your ob/gyn.

Call : Call your doctor right away. As you are in your third trimester of pregnancy, you need to call your doctor so that he/she can determine if you need to be further assessed. Headaches are common during pregnancy and can be attributed to hormonal changes, lack of sleep, stress, dehydration and women who were previously succeptible to tension headaches or migraines can experience worsened symtpoms.
In the second or third trimester, it is important to have severe headaches assessed to assess for preeclamsia, a serious pregnancy induced condition that is characterized by headache, protein in the urine, high blood pressure and can induce siezure.
Also, call your doctor if your headache is combined with blurred vision, sharp abdominal pain, sudden weight gain adn swelling. You'll need to be assessed right away.

i've got really bad pain in my right side, it seems to be worse during the night when i wake up for a wee, i'm also 35 weeks pregnant?

See an OB/GYN: This could be caused by one of several factors.  The enlarging uterus has a nasty habit of occupying spaces formerly reserved for other structures and organs, and this can occasionally create problems like urinary tract issues, etc.  See your obstetrician and they can help work this out for you.  Have a great baby.

Call your OB DOC: Your OB knows u the bets u need evaluation to make sure nothing going on abnormal with the baby or uterus, it could be a ligament or muscle pull or other but u need evaluation now if it is hurting , if u were my pt i would have u go to the labor room.

do you have to sleep on  your left side when pregnant . i'm 35 weeks pregnant and am only comfortable sleeping on my right?

Comfort: Let your comfort be your guide. Sleep on your right side if you are comfortable.
