: You should call your obstetrician and get checked. While it could be simple muscle strain or false labor contractions, it could also be a sign of pre-eclampsia or gallbladder disease, even kidney stones, any of which could be quite serious.

Did they evaluate: the watery discharge to ensure that your water hadn't broken or did this occur since leaving the hospital?  Please let  your OB know right away if the back pain and watery liquid occurred after words. You may well need to be re-evaluated right away if that is the case.. If it was already evaluated - then it could just be increased vaginal secretions that can occur during pregnancy.
