is livogen xt 100 mg once a day safe in 33 weeks pregnancy.?
my tlc is as high as 12,400 & my sgot and sgpt levels are also high,is my baby at risk

Depends: Livigen is iron and frolic acid and would be fine in a normal pregnancy. The abnormal lab values are concerning and I would need to know why they are elevated to say for sure that anything is safe. Good luck.

33 weeks pregnant. feel like babies foot or leg was crushed by my ribs after sitting up too fast. is this possible? it hurt my ribs.

Doubtful: Remember that the baby is surrounded by fluid, the amniotic fluid, in a large amniotic sac. It is doubtful that sitting up too fast would cause any harm to the baby, but it is possible you 'pulled a muscle' between your ribs called the intercostal muscle. Move more slowly and deliberately and avoid rapid movements!

Cholestasis: Generalized itching is common in cholestasis of pregnancy among other symptoms, otherwise your symptoms partially match above diagnosis and alternate diagnoses are possible. Best to evaluate would be your Ob-gyn doc. An exam and tests will be needed.

Pregnancy edema: Lower extremity swelling from pregnancy may cause long term complication. Good supportive athletic shoes and support hose may reduce formation of varicose veins and long term edema. Simple decreased in activity with elevation of hands may reduce swelling and there are compression gloves available. Medications should be approved by obstetrician.

Cholestasis ?'s: Cholestasis of pregnancy is not uncommon, and there are remedies for the "itchyness".   This condition will resolve after delivery, but similar symptoms can be caused by gallstones, so if there is upper right sided abdominal pain, consult your OB physician for appropriate testing.

Is your doctor aware: Leg swelling at 31 weeks with normal blood pressure and no problem with protein in the urine may happen and may not be a major concern. The concern would be if there is elevated blood BP and protein in the urine. Alert your doctor if not aware. Keep your legs elevated as much as possible and reduce salt in your diet.
