See doctor: What you described suggests an infection of a lymph gland or hair follicle or both. It would be prudent to see a doctor before it gets worse.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Infection Vs Other: You need to have your breast evaluated right away.  You may have an infection or something much more serious such as a cancer.  Please do not wait to have this evaluated by a physician.

: There are many possible causes-it could be a lymph node or a small skin abscess, among other things. This warrants getting checked by your doctor because the soreness could indicate a problem. Evaluation, : Multiple possibilities but may possibly be lymph nodes from some type of infection or inflammation. Other likely diagnosis is hidradenitis suppurativa based on your description. Should get evaluation probably by dermatologist.

Abscess: It is probably an abscess.  Sometimes these will settle by themselves, sometimes they need antibiotics, sometimes they need to be cut open to let pus out.  
If it is quite painful it's probably time to see a doctor

Need to see doctor: The most common problem is an infected sebaceous gland.  It may subside with antibiotics or may need to be drained.  You should see your physician to evaluate it and prescribe proper management

Don't think so: These sound like small skin abscesses or possible acne.  Can treat with moist heat, acne wash twice a day, benzoyl peroxide cream twice a day.  If no better in 2 weeks or gets worse, see doctor.

Could be: something else. With a description like that I would be concerned about hidradenitis.  It is a condition where the sweat glands become infected and cause repeated infections and abscesses in the areas of apocrine sweat glands (underarms, groin, under the breasts). You should see your primary care doc. Antibiotics and conservative therapy first, but surgery is sometimes necessary.

Sounds like: Sebaceous cyst, if it is the skin only.  If it is deeper, it could be a lymph node.  A doctor could tell you if you show it to one.
