Yes: Yes but get an ultrasound ASAP to make sure everything is okay with the twins. With twins, You should be getting ultrasound every trimester if available. Get a maternity back brace now if you can, to prevent the back pain you will likely develop soon.

Hard work: Weight loss is through diet and exercise. Some of the loose skin may not shrink all the way down after twins.

Low GI foods...: The key to weight/fat loss is turning off your Insulin pump and you do that by eating small portions of food that are low-glycemic index (gi).  Low-gi foods don't raise blood sugar so fast and therefore lower your Insulin levels.  When Insulin is high you store fat; when it is low you burn fat.  Pursue an active lifestyle, exercise and eat small portions of low-gi foods. Good luck!

Not a symptom: Of pregnancy and you have to be several months pregnant for a baby bump to start showing. See your doctor for an evaluation to look for the cause.

Pregnancy Cramps: Cramping in pregnancy is relatively non-specific.  It's important to remember that pregnancy is not a normal state for a woman.  The uterus has a ton of blood flow and it's expanding to sizes that result on compression of the intestines, bladder, and lungs.  Any of this can cause discomfort and cramping.  As long as you have no bleeding or severe cramping you should be fine.

Need to be checked: At the risk of stating the obvious, if you are not pregnant then what you are feeling cannot be a baby kicking.  You need to consult your physician to figure out what this really is.

No: Usually you can put heating pad for 20-30 min. If you don't have any symptoms right now don't worry. It's in the past. Don't use heating pad on your belly while you are pregnant.

Gestational lengths: In such cases, the woman may have been pregnant, delivered a baby, got pregnant again, delivered again, and is now on her third pregnancy. An occasional acquaintance might notice the woman as always big in the belly, but that does not mean the woman is still in the same pregnancy. Can Google "gestational length for mammals" for more information on gestational durations.
