Why check temp?: All of those readings represent normal temperatures. I suppose the more important question is why are you checking your temperature? If you feel you have an infection or fever then see your doctor to help narrow down the cause

Vasoprine: Vasoprine is a combination of Aspirin and isosorbide. It is not used to treat swelling. You should ask you doctor before starting any medication during pregnancy.

Controversial topic: Premature cervical changes(dilatation,shortening, funneling,softening...) are difficult to measure and to interpret.Sonographic or clinical exams of your cervix are very variable, very subjective, not accurate nor reliable predictors of premature labor or preterm delivery. Consult a knowledgeable MFM doctor regarding accepted criteria for "cervical insufficiency". Your risks at 22wks.seem small.

In such situations: There are 4 venae cavae or vena cavas, 6 if having twins. Half are superior venae cavae and the other half are inferior (meaning lower, not worse). Fortunately, all are deep inside the body and not affected by masturbation... meaning the common forms of masturbation should not be able to cause noticeable compression of any of the venae cavae.

May not be safe: Norfloxacin is a category c drug according to the fda, which means that it has shown adverse effects in pregnant animals.  There have not been studies in humans, but if a safer (category b)  alternative is available, it should be used.

Gestational diabetes: Does not have symptoms (except perhaps in extreme cases) that is why we do a diabetes screen.  You should be getting this soon.  You can ask your doc to give it to you early but what you are experiencing is not due to gestational diabetes, good luck.
