Fertility: Please confer with a Rabbi whom you trust before beginning this medication. Then after the calming effects of spiritual healing if you are still having problems turn to medication. Also, please make sure your husband is examined by his Dr. to rule out a problem on his side. This is a very anxious time because of covid-19 and anxiety can affect conception.

You must tell doctor: You may be anemic or have a chemical imbalance that is causing this unusual craving. You need to have some blood tests run.  If you are afraid of your doctor, find another one.

Some thoughts: Ectopic pregnancies often signal problems within the natural tubes that make pregnancy a life threatening risk. At 53 or older your risk of a chromosomal defect in any conception approaches 1/40. A safer pregnancy might be achieved through in vitro implantation, but all of these are factors you should discuss with the OBGYN that knows your medical status the best.

Which one?: Did you mean noristerate The answer is that it is variable.  Once  overdue this medicine will start to lose its birth control effect but some women will have delayed return to fertility for a number of months (4-10 is average).  Please resend the question if you were referring to a different injection

Easy test is to have a semen analysis on partner, gives us a starting point and is much cheaper and less difficult than testing female.Then we look at female parts, like tubal , ovarian and hormone factors.Good luck.

Relax no infertility: Basically take good care of your health with healthy eating and exercise. Decrease stress and practice relaxation. Stay supine after sex and some lift pelvis to defy gravity anecdotally successful for 15 minutes to keep more of the ejaculate in the vagina. Talk with a fertility specialist just for information in case and maybe if affordable, store some embryos. Look into adoption. Prenatal vit's.
