i am 17 weeks 2 days pregnant and have mild right side lower belly internal cramp feeling near ligament is this normal to happen for last 10 min mild ache with a weird cramp mild my nurse say normal as long as no blood but im still worried on this?

: It is normal in pregnancy in second trimester pregnancy. It is called round ligament pain.
Resting,  stretching exercises
prenatal yoga, a warm bath, over-the-counter medication like acetaminophen may help.

im 34 weeks pregnant with my first baby. i have a sharp pain in my vagina and pelvis area and back pain since yesterday. the lower part of my belly feels hard and i can feel the presure pussing down inside. is this normal or should i be concerned?

Abdominal pain: The most likely reason for your pain is bowel/GI in origin. Speak to your primary about your symptoms and obtain a possible referral to a gastroenterologist.

Go see ur Family Doc: You didn't mention your age. Regardless, you need to see your Family Doc, GYN or Planned Parenthood for evaluation &amp; testing. Perhaps you have bladder infection. Or maybe pregnant? Home pregnancy tests are available w/o prescription at most drug stores. They're accurate once you're late. And let's not forget sexually transmitted diseases/infections if you engage in unprotected sex.

Take a test: Don’t guess. Take a test.  They are the same tests used in a doctors office. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period.  If you doubt the result you can repeat it in 1-2 days. If you were pregnant the hormone level would rise enough for detection.
