Yes: Yes, the uterus is growing and stretching causing the cramping. This is baby number two, and the cramping is more common with the first uterine stretch with baby number one.

Maybe: Spotting during the first trimester can be normal. In fact, the vast majority of known intrauterine pregnancies with a fetal heart beat will go on to term even if there is bleeding. However bleeding can still be a sign of threatened miscarriage. That being said, first trimester miscarriage is not something modern medicine can prevent. If you are concerned you can always see your OB.

Be reviewed: Backache is such a non specific symptom so it hard to know what the cause is. Because you are dealing with another life, it is safer to be checked. Both you and the fetus should be checked. It may be something like a UTI.

hi, i am 11 weeks 2 days pregnant , and i am having lots of cramping. i think it might be due to gas because once i fart or go to the toilet, it eases up. i am still a bit worried though.

11w plus pregnant ?': At over 11 weeks of pregnancy, especially if this is your first pregnancy, the expansion of the uterus due to fetal growth can cause cramping, which may be normal .  If the cramping continues, or bleeding occurs, see your OB physician for a pelvic ultrasound and a serum HCG level to make sure the pregnancy is progressing normally.

my daughter (age 31) is 11 weeks 2 days pregnant.  started brown then red bleeding yesterday. went to er last night. ultrasound showed normal  fetus and strong heart beat.  bleeding continues. whats the possibility this will be a viable pregnancy?

Ultrasound results ?: An U/S at "11 plus" weeks of pregnancy which shows a "normal fetus and fetal heart beat" is a positive sign of viable pregnancy.  Sometimes the placenta does not produce sufficient progesterone, so see the OB physician caring for your daughter , who may prescribe progesterone to supplement the placental production.

Need evaluation: Although it may be nothing to worry about, you should see your OB for evaluation.  Some of the things that come to mind with pelvic pain and cloudy urine are: 1. Urinary tract infection 2. Kidney infection 3. Dehydration 4. Kidney stones.

Once the biggest problems are ruled out, you will be able to relax.

can i take children's triaminic syrup day time cold and cough, or children's triaminic syrup long acing cough while pregnant? im 11 weeks and 2 days pregnant
