Often no symptoms at all. If you think you were exposed, get tested.

It is not really associated with other STDs (chlamydia/gonorrhea). Also, though not an std, partners of uncirc males may be more prone to a vaginal condition called bv. It's important for the make to have good foreskin hygiene.

However, much of that could be because women are screened far more often than men because of gyn appts and testing.  Others like syphilis are 6 times more likely in men than women. For instance, when one gets chlamydia or gonnorhea, doctors with frequent just assume you have the other because they often go hand-in-hand.
