PCF?: Not sure what you mean by pcf. However, i'd recommend a pain specialist if she needs methadone. Retired doc (or remaining practice) can make a few recommendations. Yes: wont affect how the adderal works, but may make you drowsy to take methadone with it.  you will still be able to focus better, but you may be tired.  or not, depends on the effect that opioids have on you

Methadone vs. MS: Methadone is definitely stronger than the same dose of morphine, but to switch from one to another you need to talk to your doc about that. Methadone has been falling out of favor for pain purposes due to its short duration of analgesic effect and multiple side effects.
