Pregnancy symptoms: The only post-ovulation symptoms you might expect to experience are pre-menstrual symptoms...since menstruation begins on day 14 post-ovulation...unless, of course, you got pregnant at the time of ovulation.

After missed period: Conception, as defined by the generation of a fertilized ovum, occurs within day or so of the sex. However, it takes about two weeks for the embryo to make enough HCG to produce a positive pregnancy test. Blood test may be done a day after a missed period. Home pregnancy tests should be done 4-5 days after the missed period. If the result is negative repeat the test in 4-5 days. Use first morning urine and follow instructions for the test carefully. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex.

Very good question: Historically, based on 1) studies of 'endometrial recptivity', 2) non-human primates (rhesus monkeys), and 3)  embryo transfer in ivf. It's further complicated by dividing 'implantation' into phases.  Currently the first phase is called adplantation and occurs after 6-7 days. Pregnancy test: A serum test is reliable on the 11-12th day after ovulation, home tests are similar if you are certain of the ovulation day.

Day after: Usually happens the day after ovulation. But not a very accurate method for contraception and for trying to be pregnant. Try urine ovulation sticks.

Normal: What you described is normal variation during a menstrual cycle and you should expect a normal next cycle unless you engaged in sex at the fertile period, in which case you could be pregnant. If you miss your period, do a home test 4-5 days after missed period, use first morning urine and follow the instructions in the kit, carefully.

No it's not : No that is definitely not a symptom of pregnancy. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available  at any pharmacy. There is no reason to try and guess if you are pregnant based on symptoms when you can find out in minutes with a simple urine test.
