Wait a week: U need to wait a week and retest if u still haven't had ur period yet or u can go see ur doctor and have a blood test done.  Upt r most accurate after u have missed ur period for at least a week.  Prior to that there is a good chance of false negatives.

i have had nexplanon for one year and it feels bumpy which scares me. recently had sex using the pullout method, took an ovulation test and it was negative the day i had sex and 5 days after. should i worry about pregnancy, just anxious. ?

Can do a preg. test: Pregnancy is the most common cause of a missed period. If not pregnant, other causes of a late or missed period include:  excessive weight loss or weight gain, increased exercising, emotional stress, having an illness, traveling, medicines (especially birth control pills), hormonal disorders, etc…  a visit to one’s Ob-Gyn doctor is a good idea if symptoms are persistent, recurring, or worrisome.

ive had sore breasts for a week now as  i always do around the time of my period but i am a day late. whenever i have sex we use a condom and pullout?

If...: If you are using the pullout method this is definitely not a safe way to avoid pregnancy. Condoms are not either the best since they don't protect as much as a hormonal birth control would to avoid pregnancy( they are very useful to protect against STDs), so I would suggest to wait a couple of days and if you are usually regular and no period yet get  a pregnancy test.

Yes, but: Yes she could but not likely from the unprotected sex on august 4 - if  she's pregnant it should've been from sex after the last period august 15.

Irregular periods: At 38, you may start to experience changes in your period due to hormonal changes.  Follow up with your gyn if continues.

HPT: Sexually active or inactive.? It doesn't necessarily mean anything. However, if you have had unprotected vaginal intercourse  these findings could be consistent with (but not diagnostic of ) pregnancy. The easiest way to find out is to take a home pregnancy test.

Day late: Women frequently may be a few days late before starting their period.  If you have been having unprotected sex , you could be pregnant .  Wait to see if you do indeed completely miss your period and then do home pregnancy test to see if you are pregnant.
