Maybe leukorrhea: Female? Leukorrhea is a normal cause to have wet stains in the underwear. It is a combination of sloughed cells & vaginal secretions that can be clear to white. It can dry white to slightly yellow or tan in underwear. A symptomatic discharge should be evaluated.
