Compartment pressure measurement
The bottom of the leg muscles are divided into 4 separate areas separated by "fascia" or connective tissue. Any injury/inflammation to any area will raise the pressure to that "compartment" of the leg and put pressure on the arteries and nerves. This coyuld become a medical emergency if its bad enough.
