Resting tremor

Vomiting, body tremors, resting BPM 207 blood mucus?

What causes resting, action and essential tremors? For me to have all 3. I am taking primadone now and it is not helping.

Can hypothyroidism cause resting trunk and head tremors?

My right thumb tremors/shakes when only I bend it. What can be causing this? It does not tremor at rest only when bent to type. No other symptoms.
