Flushed skin

Is there any way that I can stop blotchy patches of flushed skin from appearing on legs as soon as I get warm? Can I try antihistamines, vasodilators?

I am 45 and have been experiencing occasions of warm, flushed skin on my face, neck, and chest. I am on Diovan (valsartan) hct. Could this be blood pressure related or premenopausal issues? Thanks for your time!

21 yo male. For a few years I frequently get flushed skin. When hot, stressed, eating a big meal, sex, my chest gets blotchy red and hot. Its especially bad after exercise sex or drinking. Is this a blood pressure problem? Not overweight
