Abnormal gait

I have abnormal gait and loss of balance at times. I also lean to my right. What could I have?

My 10 year old daughter has a suspected collapsed arch. She complains every now and then of her feet being painful the one more than the other. She also has an abnormal gait.

Both ankles pain at paroneal. Knee pain. Doc said not structural but functional problem. Abnormal gait, unstable hips, weak lower back. How to correct?
