Afraid to get free condoms at college health center. Do they work just as well?

34y male with good health. Whenever I do something outside my normal routine(like going to mall or even going to central park),I get very exhausted.

I fell off my bed last night and hurt my wrist. Went to bed to try and sleep it off, woke up in more pain. Cant move it at all, definitely cant get off my lofted bed to go to the health center, and my roommate has class so shes gone. What do I do?
